Warranty

LaserPerformance warrants that this product is free from material and workmanship defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

This warranty is only applicable under normal conditions of use or service and does not cover defects or breakages caused by fair wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accident, any alteration or repair made by a non-authorized party, errors or omissions by the owner and is subject to the product being properly and regularly maintained.

Should the product cause any potential warranty issues then the dealer, from which the product has been purchased, must be notified. The product or the component must be returned at the owners cost for analysis to LaserPerformance, or its authorized dealer or service center. If, after such analysis LaserPerformance determine the problem was due to a manufacturing defect it will repair or replace, at its option, the component as appropriate.

All warranty repair are subject to prior authorization from LaserPerformance and photographic evidence may be used to analyze certain defects.

This warranty does not cover and is intended to disclaim all warranties both express and implied for 1. any direct or consequential damages for breach hereof, or 2. in case of any misuse of the LaserPerformance product. After twelve months or any resale of any LaserPerformance product in which that product has not been under the direct control of LaserPerformance, this warranty does not cover and is intended to disclaim all implied warranty of merchantability and it is assumed by the buyer that the product is being sold 'as is.'

This Limited Warranty Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under State or National Laws.
